Website terms of use

These terms cover your use of www.truotrade.com. Access to the Truo Trade platform itself, including the private beta, is governed by a separate agreement.

About us

This website is run by Truo Innovations Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 828447, with our registered office at the address shown on the Companies Registration Office public register. By using the site you accept these terms.

What the website is

The website describes the Truo Trade platform and its direction. Product screens, the interactive demo and the trade tour use illustrative data from a fictional demo workspace. Agent and provider results shown on the site are simulated. Features marked as in development, including trade finance, are not yet available.

Guides are general information, not advice

Our regulation guides summarise public law and official guidance as at the "last reviewed" date on each page. They are not legal, customs, tax or compliance advice. Regulations and their application dates change, so check the official sources linked on each page and take qualified advice for your own situation before you act.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, interfere with its operation, send automated or bulk submissions through its forms, or submit someone else's personal data without their permission.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, software, and the Truo and Truo Trade names and logos belong to Truo Innovations Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Short quotations with a link back are fine.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources and services such as Calendly. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its guides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
