Accessibility statement
We want everyone who works in trade to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, with the exceptions listed below. This is our own assessment; the site has not had an independent audit.
What we have done
- All page text is in the HTML, so it works without JavaScript and with screen readers.
- Every page has a "skip to content" link, headings in order and labelled navigation.
- Every image has a text alternative, or is marked as decorative.
- Menus, tabs and forms work with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
- The site respects your system's reduced-motion setting and offers light and dark themes.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced.
Known limitations
- The interactive product mockups on the homepage and demo are dense, and some small labels inside them may fall below the AA contrast ratio.
- The homepage hero video has no audio and no captions; it carries no information that is not also in the text.
- The agents page uses animated sections that a screen reader may announce out of visual order.
We are working through these and will update this statement as we fix them.
