Inside the trade workspace
Explore an illustrative India → Netherlands packaging order. One accepted quote becomes one order, two partial shipments, and a visible decision trail when the specification changes.
A full view of the India → Netherlands packaging order, from enquiry to dispatch.
Distinct records, linked by the accepted quote and order.
One accepted quote and one order. The two shipments are parts of that order, not two sales.
The commercial baseline stays linked to the exact packaging version.
A new resin supplier affects shipment 2 without rewriting shipment 1.
The second 30,000 bottles use spec v2. Price stays unchanged; the second shipment moves to October.
A provider suggestion cannot clear a shipment or sign a declaration.
Spec v2 assessment is waiting for a PFAS report. The provider response is a scoped candidate for review, not legal clearance.
Actual quantities, packaging versions, documents and milestones stay attached.
Released facts and assigned actions cross the boundary; internal margins do not.
Illustrative interface from the TruoDemo India → EU packaging fixture. Provider results are simulated. Screens show product direction, not a live customer deployment.
How Truo Trade works
Hover, tap, or use the arrow keys to see what each participant receives, does, and returns. Truo connects the work while each party keeps its own decision and responsibility.
The accepted quote becomes an order with the exact packaging version. A change creates a revision and shows affected shipments, evidence and buyer approvals.
Shipment 2 is booked, but its PFAS report and PPWR role decision remain open. Operations sees those dependencies before dispatch, while shipment 1 stays delivered on spec v1.
The buyer sees the released specification and the proposed resin change, records an approval, and tracks both movements. Internal supplier cost and margins remain outside the guest view.
The forwarder gets shipment scope, the released invoice and corrected packing list. The withdrawn packing-list revision stays in the audit history, not in the active packet.
The broker receives the released invoice and corrected packing list with the right shipment and specification. The authorised broker confirms classification and handles the filing; Truo records the reference and status.
A changed resin opens fresh PFAS evidence work for spec v2. A simulated provider result is routed to a qualified person; buyer approval and dispatch release remain separate gates.
Illustrative roles and permissions, based on TruoResearch. External parties receive only their assigned case scope.
Capability in development
A funder asks whether the trade is real, whether it completed, and where repayment comes from. A connected record could support that application. Truo Trade would assemble it; a licensed funder would decide on it.

Questions
If your question is not here, ask it directly — a person answers.
The interactive mockup follows the TruoDemo India → EU packaging fixture: a fictional Indian exporter supplies empty PET bottles and caps to a Dutch buyer. One accepted quote links to one order and two partial shipments from Nhava Sheva to Rotterdam. Parties, prices, dates and provider responses are illustrative.
Shipment 1 uses packaging spec v1 and is delivered. A resin supplier change creates spec v2 for shipment 2. Its PFAS report and PPWR role decision remain open, so a buyer approval does not silently become dispatch clearance. The demo does not claim a live provider integration or legal decision.
A trade operating system for exporters and their counterparties. It carries a trade from lead capture through order, export and import execution, and trade compliance in one record — so the commercial context, the operational state and the compliance evidence stay attached to the same thread. The exporter holds the licence; the EU buyer, the broker and the reviewer are invited into the individual trade case.
All three are operating layers over one shared trade record. That is the point: the layers are not separate products stitched together with integrations, and none of them owns a private copy of the truth.
If you only need a sales CRM, a general-purpose one will serve you better. Truo Trade earns its place when a deal has to become a governed, moving shipment.
Yes. Most teams begin at the commercial-to-execution handoff, because that is where context is most often lost. The record model means later layers attach to work already captured rather than requiring a re-import.
Truo Trade is designed to sit alongside an existing ERP, forwarder portals and document stores. The approved integration list, the direction each one moves data, and its support status are published on the integrations page once each has been verified.
Not today, and not as the lender when we do. A partner-led capability is in development: Truo Trade would assemble the dossier, prefill the lender's application and track conditions and status, while a regulated bank, NBFC, factor or ITFS platform owns eligibility, pricing, the decision, disbursement and collections.
A readiness check will say ready to apply. It will never say approved, and money will not move through Truo Trade.
They are separate fields on the record. A screening or classification result stores its source, scope, time and confidence. A human decision stores the responsible reviewer, the basis and the outcome.
The interface never merges them, and a recorded result never claims to replace customs, legal or compliance judgement.
It is mapped onto the record model during implementation, with the migration path agreed before any import runs. The specific approach depends on your current systems and is scoped during the product tour.
Access is controlled by role-based permissions with an append-only audit history of who changed what and when. Hosting locations, retention periods, encryption detail and data residency options are answered in writing during evaluation, and will be published here once verified.
This is scoped against your systems and volumes rather than quoted as a headline number. A verified implementation timeline will be published here when there is enough delivery evidence to state one honestly.
Thirty minutes, your lane, your terms, your last messy shipment. We will run it on the trade record and show you where the record would have caught it — or tell you plainly that it would not have.
